The Bible In Poem (Part One)
By: Allan Thomasson, 6-27-11
In my mind, I journeyed back
Before the first beginning.
There was no time, or any thing:
And then I started thinking,
‘There is no light, but darkest dark,
Of life there is no essence.
So quiet and still’; I felt a chill:
And then, there was this ‘Presence’
I could not see, nor could I know
Or hear; but He was there.
I felt it strong: before too long,
There was this Light so fair.
It moved so quickly, could not see
What It was all about.
And then I knew; God was there, too:
And Christ, without a doubt.
And then I saw a major Glow;
Quite huge, way out of sight.
A universe then came to be:
From darkness, there came light.
‘Twas not the sun, or stars, or moon.
It went to every where.
And in a flash, I stood in awe!
A universe was there!
It was in motion everywhere:
All planets, orbs and stars.
I saw the sun, and then the moon;
Then Venus, Earth, and Mars.
The Earth was taking on its form:
The water, it did rise,
To orbit ‘round Earth’s atmosphere,
Above Earth’s massive skies.
The sun could not then send its rays:
X-ray and Infrared;
All protons, ultraviolet rays,
Were filtered out instead.
The Earth, now a ‘terrarium’
With land, which stood above
The water, so that men would dwell
On Earth, in God’s great love.
I saw the water up above;
I saw the Earth below.
And now the land below stood out,
And things began to grow.
I saw the fishes in the sea,
The birds flew in the air:
The beast, the slug, the salamander:
Every thing was there.
But wait! Some thing is missing,
As I view this awesome sight:
The sun was there, and there, the moon:
I saw both day and night.
Ah! Now I see: There’s not a man,
To be God’s family;
But now, with soil, I see God toil:
It is a man to be.
Now why would God do many things
To make this vast expanse,
With stars and things, and galaxies.
But now my mind’s advanced:
I saw the love from up above,
Go into man’s small heart.
So God began His family
He’d wanted from the start.
(Poem to be continued throughout the Bible.)
This writer, called of God to write truth of God to all people, peoples, atheists, religions, and to all churches, will continue to write the truth, and specific and concise accounts of the work of God, of all things of God, and Infinite Science (of the eternal and the spiritual) from before the beginning of creation, to the very end of all things natural, and well into the regions of everlasting eternity, that each, and all, may prepare for the coming of Christ, Who will return for His bride, the Church of all true believers, in these last days of the Church on the earth, and the impending and total dissolution of the natural universe, which is referred to as ‘heaven and earth‘, which will in fact leave not a scrap of the natural universe which God created for man to inhabit until such a time as this:
Matthew 24:35: Jesus spoke this profound and true declaration:
35) “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My Word shall not pass away.”
Revelation 20:11: John, speaking of the full end of all things natural:
11) “And I saw a great white throne, and Him (God) that sat on it, from Whose face the earth and the heaven (the universe and all natural things) fled away; and there was found no place for them.”
II Peter 3:10- Peter wrote this scripture regarding the passing of the universe:
10) “But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night (would come); in the which (even) the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the (scientific) elements (all the natural things, as we know them, and the whole universe) shall melt (dissolve, be transformed into the ‘things’ which came out of the region of spirit, Infinity, from which the heaven and the earth, the universe, and all that is in it
were made) with fervent heat (an indescribable force which will dissolve, or convert, all natural things into the Infinite (spiritual) things, of which all natural things were made, so that there will be nothing left of the first and only creation, including the laws of natural science), the earth also and the works that therein (all of the
accomplishments, and all the works of man in the earth) shall be burned up (ultimately and finally destroyed, with no trace left of any thing).
11) “Seeing then that all these things shall be (completely) dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12) “Looking for and hasting (quickly moving toward) unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire (in a flashing and bright destructive process, so that there is nothing left of the earth, and of the heaven, of the universe) shall be dissolved (ultimately eliminated from existence), and the elements (all scientific microbes, atoms, quarks, strings, all particles, with all sub-atomic particles, from those smallest to the greatest) shall melt (dissolve) with fervent heat (a process with which man has never been familiar since the universe was made)?”
Hebrews 11:3: Paul wrote this account:
3) “Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God, so that the things which are seen (scientifically natural things which can be detected or sensed by man with either natural senses, and calculated reasoning, or by instrumentation of those devices which man shall ever invent, whereby detection of those natural things can be provided) were not made of things which do appear (things which came out of the spirit region of God, of Infinite Science).”
My fellow human beings of all the earth, I must tell you (contrary to our personal wisdom and natural reasoning of man, which God gave to us all) that the region of spirit is the reality of every thing, while the universe and all that is in it, compared to the real, the Infinite, the eternal, all spiritual things, I say again, the universe and all that pertains to it, is but a shadow; an illusion, which was provided for us, that we may have the opportunity to recover from our sinful nature, by believing the real accounts of God, and of His wisdom and knowledge, which is only made available to those who will believe in Him, and in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, Who was given to die for our sins.
Do you not think that now, at this time, is the time for you to believe in Him Who made all things, that your past sins, some of which you may not even be totally aware, might be forgiven by the God Who loves you?
Romans 5:8: Paul the apostle writes:
8) “But God commendeth His love toward us (each and all of us), in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Acts 10:43: Peter speaking:
43) “To Him (Jesus) give all the prophets witness that through His name whosoever believeth in Him shall receive remission (taking away) of (their) sins (which they have committed, for all have sinned).”
John 3:16-18: Jesus delivers God’s message Himself to us:
16) “For God so loved (each and every person in) the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever (, no one excluded,) believeth in Him should not perish (as a sinner), but have everlasting life.
17) “For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn (any person in) the world, but that (each and every person that believes in Him, who are in) the world through Him might be saved (from their past sins, with the penalties of their sins).
18) “He that believeth in Him is not condemned (any longer by their sins which were in their lives): but he that believeth not is condemned already (still, by their sins which they have committed), because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”
Why are we sinners? Did God make us that way?
No. God did not give anyone impulse to do any kind of sin.
We all inherited the sin nature of the flesh, we, being of the flesh of Adam, and we are all drawn by our sinful flesh to sin in every way; but we must take control of our own flesh, or it will take control of us.
If your flesh is in control of you, then you are driven by it to sin. But if you, through faith, have been redeemed by the finished work of Christ while He was upon this earth which He made (John 1:10), then you will be in charge of your flesh, and not the other way around:
Galatians 5:24:
24) "And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the (flesh-gratifying) affections and (covetous) lusts."
Adam was created in innocence, without sin; and had uninterrupted fellowship with God Himself. But God gave Adam, who was the very first man in the universe, one single and solitary commandment:
Genesis 2:16-17: The commandment God gave, and Adam transgressed:
16) “And the Lord God commanded the man (Adam), saying, ‘Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
17) “But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.”
But Adam transgressed that one commandment. This is the result:
Romans 5:12: “and he did eat. (Ref: Genesis 3:6c)”
12) “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin (Hebrews 9:27); and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.”
And God will make a new heaven and a new earth for those who will believe in the Lord Jesus, thus becoming the family which God shall make to inhabit that new creation, which this poem shall describe in somewhat vivid detail in the truth of the Spirit, according to the Word of God, the Christian Bible, which consists of the ‘Old Testament’, and the ‘New Testament’.
Jesus defines the ‘Old Testament’ thusly:
Luke 24:44: Jesus speaking to His eleven apostles:
44) “And He said unto them, 'These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you (before the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus), that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning Me.’.”And the New Testament is composed of the writings of the apostles in keeping the commandments of Jesus in the following scripture, where Jesus commands them just before He returns to the Father to be glorified with the glory which He had with the Father before the world was:
Matthew 28:18-20:18) “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, ‘All power is given unto Me in heaven and in earth.19) “ ‘Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them (that believe in Christ unto salvation) in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost (Those Three being the Godhead):
20) “ ‘Teaching them to observe (do and teach also) all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world (‘until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.’, which will be the end of the age of the Gentile Church upon the earth, at which time the Church will be taken up to be with Jesus for ever: Romans 11:25).’ Amen.”
This is but a brief outline of some of the things which must be considered by every one, that you who have not yet believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God Jehovah, may take heed to the word of the Lord God, and believe in Jesus today, that your sins may be blotted out, and your soul saved by the mighty work of God in Christ, Who died that you might receive everlasting life as a newborn son of the eternal Father.
Daniel 12:2: Of the resurrection of the dead:
2) “And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life (in God, by Christ), and some to everlasting shame and contempt.”
Ask God to save you now, and live forever in His kingdom of righteousness, love, peace, joy, and all things good and proper.
