Is America in the Bible?

How does America stand with God?

How long will America stand?

Where is America in the scriptures of the Christian Bible?

II Chronicles 7:14: God says: ‘called by My name’:
14) “If My people, which are ‘called by My name’, will humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

America, historically, used to be known around the world as a ‘Christian nation’.

That, according to every logical and realistic observation, would be in the category of ‘My people, which are called by My name’; and that is very plain and simple.

So then, America ‘resembles’ that remark.

Does America, ‘the land of the free, and the home of the brave’, need healing? Let’s look at this for a few minutes:

But really, how may America be associated, or connected, with anything in the scriptures? We are not named there. As a matter of fact, America did not even exist as a nation when the Bible was written.

Ever hear of ‘prophecy’?

Prophecy is a foretelling, by representation, by situational similarity, or a shadow, or type, of something which gives an account of similar events, and historical realities which occur, not only in a certain time period, but again, later in the future, which is one of possibly many similar or identical events or occurrences, as God has purposed for that prophecy to fulfill; and some prophecies may occur several times, as accounts are given well before the ultimate result is finally consummated.

In this writing, I will demonstrate how that the ‘character’ of any nation is deserving of the same 'judgment' of a nation, of which we have a specific account in the scripture, having the same ‘character’ of the nation of which the account is given in the ‘prophetic’ incidents (types, or shadows), that, as we see that we are approaching that same ‘character’ for which that nation was judged, we may be aware of the real possibility that we might also be in danger of the same judgment they received from the Owner of heaven and earth, God Almighty, Who intended that the earth be cleansed of the wickedness of man, just as the flood which drowned all but eight righteous souls: Noah, and his three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth, and their wives.

In MalachI 3:6-7: God told Israel, “For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed (destroyed, because of the covenant which God made with Abraham regarding Abraham’s ‘seed’, which are his descendants, in one of two ways, by the blood line of Abraham, or by the faith of Abraham, Jesus Himself being the ‘Seed’ of Abraham).” (Genesis 17:1-13)
　

In Leviticus 18:1-30, and Leviticus 1-25, God describes the sexual misbehavior of nations (much of that illicit behavior, as well as the 'sacrifice' of babies, was the result of those nations being involved in 'Baal-worship', or other gods such as Molech or Ashtaroth) which were in the land of Canaan before the nation of Israel (Jacob’s descendants, according to the flesh, called by the new name God gave to Jacob, which was ‘Israel’: Genesis 32:24-29), Israel being sent by God to destroy cities and nations, and purge the land of all its wicked inhabitants by slaughter, with their animals, and burn their cities to ruins, and to occupy it, for the land was defiled by the wickedness of those who occupied the land, which God promised Abraham; which land Joshua, by his leadership by the hand of God, purged, destroying all inhabitants, and their beasts, and their settlements.

Those peoples and nations worshipped multiple other ‘gods’ of the peoples of that land and surrounding areas, which involved frenzied practice of all kinds of wickedness and evil and adulterous sexual and deviant practices of every kind the evil mind of man could possibly conjure up, and also of human sacrifice of babies to their gods.

True scriptural and acceptable sexual practice, which is intended only for the procreation, to propagate future generations of children, is all that is allowed by God. Anything beyond that is a mockery to God, in that it is a perversion of the true relationship between a man and his wife, which represents (spiritually) the relationship of Christ and the Church (bride of Christ) in procreating the sons of God by the gospel of Jesus Christ, in every generation of man upon the earth.

It is simply the symbol of the multiplication of the spiritual and eternal family of God, converting sinners into sons of God, by the preaching of the gospel.

All other types of non-producing sex is sin, for it is but the gratification of the flesh's lustful desire, and a deviation and a mockery of the true principles of God.

Let’s assimilate that principle of God, as we continue.

That is just a summary’ of the evil and wickedness of those nations which had defiled the land that God commanded Joshua to purge, and to destroy the wicked nations,and their cities, out of the land that they had defiled, which God intended to fill with the righteousness of the law through Israel's occupation of the land.

Do you think we may now be approaching that ‘character’ which was displayed in those historical wicked and sinful nations, which were, according to some accounts, previously devoted to Jehovah God, even those nations which were destroyed because of their long since developed sinful and wicked nature, to go after other ‘gods’, and to perform all of those evil and adulterous things, on which  we have scarcely touched in this short discourse?

I can readily see all of those signs in America, which were described in the scriptures to which I have called our attention, as well as many more, and must suggest firmly, that we are in grave jeopardy, in that our character and our nature as a nation are almost specifically and rapidly arriving at the point of this nation's own destruction.

How must this nation, which was once called a 'Christian nation', ultimately be destroyed?

That is up to a just God Whose judgments have been written, that ‘God is no respecter of persons’; therefore, every nation that is of the same character as a nation, or nations, which have been destroyed because of them forsaking the only true God Jehovah, and developing, and approving, all types of sexual misbehavior, and baby sacrifice for their own personal convenience, as those nations did, shall surely be destroyed. And that would probably be: ‘from within’. For we have already traveled down that road too far.

What is the solution?

As a patriotic and freedom-loving person, each of us must come to God, through faith in Jesus Christ, and be saved from all of our individual sinfulness of the past, turn away from it, and pray for God’s forgiveness, that we might become sons of God, then ambassadors from the kingdom of God to the world, to win those who must also be saved by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for our sins, upon that cruel cross.

When a whole nation turns to God, it shall be spared from the impending doom to which it had formerly precipitated. (II Chronicles 7:14)

Nineveh was forty days from elimination, total destruction of inhabitants, beasts, and structures. But they repented at the preaching of the prophet Jonah, and God spared the city. (Jonah 3:1-10)

And would not God also spare America, if we were made aware of the error of our ways, and turned to God all over America, and our character and attitude toward God changed, as He has instructed us to do by the apostles and the prophets, in the scriptures of the Bible, and by the preaching of the gospel on TV, and radio, and in stadiums, and in the streets, and in churches all over this nation? that He might show mercy, and not destroy this land as He destroyed all of those wicked cities, by Joshua, as the Israelites passed through and then possessed the ‘promised land’?

If you are not willing to do turn to God for the preservation of this great nation, then you are not a true American, and you do not love America, and you are by no means ‘patriotic’, and you are not concerned for the future of your posterity. And you are therefore, by your search for the current and future gratification of your own flesh, which is in charge of you, and you are not in control of it (your flesh) flushing your own posterity 'down the drain'.

The Bible states clearly and specifically:
'But if any provide not for his own (any thing they need, either now, or in the future), and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.' (I Timothy 5:8)

And if enough of us are like that, God will let this country be overrun by terrorist organizations, or militant invaders and destroyers, as well as the possibility of  serious and severely destructive uprising of nature itself, from many threats to which we have become acquainted worldwide: earthquakes, storms (hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.), tsunamis, floods, volcanic eruptions; all of these, and much more.

The foregoing is just a smattering of the thoughts I have within my own mind as to how this country could be totally overcome in just one night; sicknesses and diseases being only one of them, and atomic warfare another, from a secret and unexpected source, or sources.

We are not every nations’ friend. A great number (of whom we can instantly name many) are ready to take us down, and take us over.

And most thinking folks out there in the public domain can, right off the tip of their tongues, speak of that advancing army, which is scattered all over the world, and all over America, whose main goal is to take over Abraham’s 'seed' (and that seed is not just the nation of ‘Israel’, which is also scattered all over the world: Galatians 3:7.

If you are now patriotic, and if you do indeed love this country, and freedom, and your own posterity, you might be ready to do the following:

Acts 16:31: ‘Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.’

And I repeat: II Chronicles 7:14, which is the only choice of success for the mightynation in which we live, or by which other nations receive protection from other 'in common' forces of destruction, or take-over.

On your knees, America!

God is still willing and ready to save this nation, and preserve your own freedom, and your eternal soul, and your posterity, and their souls. It is up to us; but we must respond properly to His last call:

Genesis 6:3a: And the Lord said, 'My Spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he is also flesh:'

For most of this US population, many will continue as if nothing will happen, as also the population of the earth continued in their wickedness, until the flood came, and swept them all away. Though adequately documented and validated in the scriptures, most will not heed the warinings: read Revelation 20:11-15.

The trumpet is sounding. And I am making my best effort to warn everyone, so that we can preserve this nation. Otherwise, the 'do-nothings', along with us who care, will only stand and watch, as we are overrun with evil, and destroyed.
