The Way of God  (April 6, 2012)

'There is a way which seemeth right

Unto a man’, we know.                                                Proverbs 14:12
'But the ends thereof are the ways of death’,
The Bible tells us so.

So many people in these days

Are seeking their own way:
Too much, too little, this and that,
And they will rue the day

When each, or all, went their own way,

And, separate from God,
Will someday die in their own sins,
For, as on earth, they trod,

Did not believe in Jesus Christ,                               John 3:16-18

So, wicked they shall be.
And when the wicked shall be judged,            Revelation 20:10-15
With wicked they shall be

As endless ages, on and on,

Roll mercilessly slow.
And then for in that eternal fire
Regretting, they shall know                           Daniel 12:2

That God provided them a way

To thus return to Him.
But to Him, still, they did not come,
And they died in their sin.

The way of God is the only way,              Acts 4:12

Through Jesus Christ our Lord,
For man’s way doesn’t work at all.            John 14:6
It’s written in God’s word.

So come to Jesus, and be saved

From sins that you have done.
Believe in Jesus Christ today,                 Acts 16:31
And you’ll become God’s son.           I John 3:1-3
