It’s God’s World   (April 1, 2012)
By Allan Thomasson

 It’s God’s world: must be respected;
Trashing it is but a sin.
It’s the globe on which we’re living.
God made man, and put him in

This atmosphere that we are breathing,
Filled it with provisions, then,
Made this great environment, so
We’d never have to leave again.

 Something happened then, however,
Changed our outlook to the end.
Eve and Adam ate the fruit,
Forbidden, so then, Adam sinned.

Now our flesh has sin within it
Since we’re all of that same flesh;
But the Lord prepared to save us,
So that we could start afresh.

Christ, the Lord came down from heaven,
In the flesh God had prepared.
Lived a sinless life, thus perfect,
To release from Satan’s snare

All sinners who believe that Christ,
Took on Himself our sin and shame.               Isaiah 53:5-6
Died upon the cross of Calvary,
With great joy, He took our blame.

Those believing in our Savior
In their heart, there is no trash.
On a graven stone of our death,
Life between those dates, the dash:

Did we clutter up God’s earthen
Sod upon which we did tread?
It’s God’s world, so do not clutter,
For in time, we’ll all be dead.

If your life and heart is cluttered,
Then at judgment you shall be.
So before that righteous Judge, then,
All will answer, you and me.                        Revelation 20:10-15

Some will find a home in glory;                           Revelation 21:1-7
Others, to eternal shame,                             Revelation 20:10-15; Daniel 12:2
For their heart and mind were cluttered;              John 8:24
Failed to believe in Jesus’ name.                    John 3:16-18
